Legendary Events/Live Performances Policies

Clients must arrive on time.

Coverage begins at the scheduled start time.

Additional time requested during a session is billed at the photographer's current hourly rate plus a $50 session extension fee, subject to availability.

Rush booking fees:

72–48 hours' notice: $50

24 hours or less, including same-day bookings: $100

Clients are responsible for permits, venue permissions, parking fees, and admission costs unless otherwise agreed.

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled for unsafe weather.

Everyone is expected to treat the photographer, assistants, venue staff, and guests with courtesy and respect.
